Return & Exchange Guidelines

Refund Policy:

  • Thank you for shopping at Vintage Joint. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:
    Returns

    1. Wrong Size Selection

      • If you wish to return an item because you selected the wrong size, you will be responsible for a fee of R350. This fee covers both the return of the jersey and the shipment of the replacement.

      • Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

      • Please note that you can only return an item after 7 days of delivery anything after that you will have to reorder  

    2. Defective Items

      • If the item you received has defects, you can return it at no additional cost. We will cover all shipping expenses for the return and the replacement of the defective item.

      • Please contact our customer service team immediately upon discovering the defect.

    3. Customized Items

      • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for customized items. Since these items are personalized, we are unable to resell them.

  • Refunds

    1. Pre-Sourced Item Refunds

      • If you request a refund before the jersey has been sourced which is before 24 hours after ordering, we will process the refund. However, a penalty of 15% will be applied to cover bank charges and merchant fees that have occurred. Please note a refund cannot be proceed when jerseys have been delivered but we can offer store credit. 

      • Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days.

  • Return Processing Time

    1. Returns usually take the same amount of time as the initial delivery, which is 8-13 business days. Please ensure you retain proof of postage until your return is processed. 

    2. A R350 exchange fee is applicable for each Jersey returned. This covers handling, courier collection, and redelivery.

  • How to Initiate a Return

    1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

    2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

    3. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to complete the return process.
