We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFT, Diners, and American Express.
Card payments are securely processed via Payfast by Network, the approved gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Payfast uses SSL3 encryption. No card details are stored on our servers.

Section 21 – Customer Details and Privacy

Customer information is stored securely and separately from card data, which is entered on Payfast’s secure platform.

Section 22 – Returns and Refunds

The provision of goods by Astrics Enterprises (Vintage Joint) is subject to availability. If unavailable, clients will be refunded in full within 30 days or offered an alternative product.

Section 23 – Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 20 business days. Deliveries are confirmed via The Courier Guy. Shipping costs, if applicable, are included or calculated at checkout.
