Shipping Timeframe:
All our jerseys are imported on demand. Once you place an order, your item goes through the following stages:

  1. Processing & Sourcing: 1–3 business days

  2. Import & Transit to South Africa: 7–12 business days

  3. Local Delivery (via The Courier Guy): 1–3 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–18 business days

⚠️ Important Notice:
We have recently changed our international shipping partner from FedEx to EMS due to customs complications with our previous provider. While EMS is more reliable with customs clearance, it is slightly slower. This change may extend overall delivery by 2–3 business days compared to our previous timelines.

🚨 Please Note:

  • Delivery times are in business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

  • Tracking information is provided once the order has cleared customs and is handed over to our local delivery partner.

  • If your order includes customization, please allow an additional 1–2 days for processing.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

a. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

b. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Courier Guy's website or through their provided tracking system.

b. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review it before completing your purchase.

b. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Shipping:

a. Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa.
